5. Limitation of Liability

FYNX Pro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FYNX Pro and its creator are not responsible for any losses, data damage, or trading results resulting from the use of the app.

6. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time if misuse or violation of these terms is detected. Upon termination, your right to use FYNX Pro ceases immediately.
